The Family and Caregiver Training and Support (FACTS) Program recognizes that engaging families and caregivers is an essential acknowledgement that mental health conditions, like other medical conditions, are not experienced by individuals alone. When we include a person’s support network, we’re allowing for a more holistic approach to treatment and recovery.
Vision
We envision a world where families and caregivers are acknowledged as a vital component of their loved one’s recovery and are engaged to work collaboratively with health care professionals to improve treatment outcomes, reduce caregiver and provider stress, and enhance the quality of life for all.
Mission
The mission of the FACTS Program is to improve the health and wellbeing of families, caregivers and people living with behavioral health conditions by providing effective, inclusive and accessible education, training and support.
The FACTS Program is funded in part by the Garvey Institute for Brain Health Solutions and other generous philanthropic support.
